IBPS Supplementary Examination for Recruitment of Probationary Officers/ Management Trainees 2011




Institute of Banking Personnel Selection takes an additional test for applicants who are not allowed to appear were for the common exam for the post of probation Officers / Management Trainees in the absence of required documentation that is in the middle.


01. Call letter with photograph affixed thereon
02. Original fee payment receipt (NEFT receipt/ e- receipt)
03. Original photo-identity proof
04. Photocopy of photo- identity proof

As this is the first joint retreat held, has in relation to the powers contained in IBPS General information and as a single measurement of IBPS decided to conduct an additional test only for those applicants on 13 November 2011.

Important Dates:

Opening date for Online Registration: 5 October 2011
Last date for Online Registration: 10 October 2011
Download of Call letter for Written Examination: After 1 November 2011
Date of Written Examination: 13 November 2011

How to Apply for Supplementary Examination:

Candidates have to necessarily register their intent online only from 5 October 2011 to 12 October 2011 and no other mode of indicating willingness to participate in the Supplementary Examination will be accepted.

Important:

Please note that all information in the online application including roll number (like the call letters originally printed), Registration Number (as on the call letters originally printed), name of the candidate (as mentioned on the call letter sent printed originally), etc. will be considered final and no changes allowed. Applicants are asked to bring the online application form with the utmost care and any correspondence amending the details will talk to fill. Before applying online, candidates, the following documents.

01. First go to IBPS's website http://www.ibps.in/ and click on the Home Page to open the link "Supplementary Common Written Examination for POs/MTs"

02. Now click on the option "CLICK HERE TO REGISTER FOR SUPPLEMENTARY CWE- PROBATIONARY OFFICER/ MANAGEMENT TRAINEES SEPTEMBER 2011" to open up the On-Line Form.

03. Carefully fill in the details in the On-Line Form at the appropriate places very carefully and verify every particular filled in the application before clicking the submit button.

04. After submission, an acknowledgment will be given for online registration i.e. an email/ sms intimation will be sent to the candidate's email ID/ Mobile Number originally specified in their online application form.

05. Request for change/correction in any particulars in the Online Form shall not be entertained under any circumstances.

During the visit, the written examination, the candidates to get their call letters for the additional testing with the original fee payment receipt (e-receipt / NEFT payment) received by the candidate, while instead of remitting fees for the Joint Examination on 18 September 2011 and their photo identity proof and a copy of the original while participating in the written examination.
